What does our training consist of?We'll have an initial discussion with you to see what your company does and we'll research your customers and competition. We'll come back to you on a strategy for you and your employees so your package will be bespoke to your company. We'll take time to discuss each of the platforms and their strengths and weaknesses but we'll make a big play to focus on the goals we have set out with you.
GoalsWe'll make sure your staff are trained on the importance of your online brand, voice and tone. We would expect you all to learn about the differences in platforms, what each may be used for (and when they should be avoided) and the best ways in which to interact with your customers. We'll take time to talk to you about the unique opportunities offered by Facebook and the other 'big' platforms and we'll spend some time talking about how to find your audience and increase your reach and engagement online.
OutcomesYour staff will leave feeling more confident about interacting with your clients and up-keeping your online presence.
